I have been back to AA recently (early 2004) and may make this a habit but I haven't really played AA since June/July 2002 aside from the visits in May-June 2003. If you don't know what AA is, check out my page on it (link on the main page).

Short background story..:
I have been Stargirl since 1998, I think. I've been through Monks and am now an Eldar (due to too many good friends leaving the Monks). I made a lot of friends through this game and after many suicides, down-levelling and deaths, Stargirl came to be what she is today, a level 16 fighter who due to quitting the game is heavily neglected. She always has a full scroll, an elephant handy, and many a song to sing on the eline. She's also (thanks to the player Lissa), StarGirL, a donator. (With many crazy dsouls!) She's been married many a time and is mud-related to many characters! :)
I still hate the game when it comes to the enormous amount of time it takes from your life but I don't regret the years I have spent. I've never been very good with advancing and such, and I'm very lazy with gaining levels, but the people are great. I definitely enjoy my little visits - they became quite frequent when I was over in the US. There was a time where I couldn't survive without my online-family, my husband and my Eldar buds. And my various other friends from other guilds. I seem to have accumulated a lot of friends over the years and that is something really special. :) The game has connected me to people I never would have met before and I will be forever grateful to it for that.
